Welcome, Nigel

Your track: Fast-Track

You bring industry and MAS experience. Focus is on MortgageMe-specific workflow, our lenders/refix, our templates, our Trail conventions, and our compliance nuances — so you can move quickly to live work.

How this tool works: Tick tasks as you complete them. Add weekly ticks (W1–W6) and comments so Jas can see where you’re flying and where you need more support. Everything saves to your browser automatically. Open this same link each day to continue.

Payroll App – Thankyou Payroll Employee App

Setup guide

Thankyou Payroll – Employee App Setup Guide

MortgageMe uses Thankyou Payroll. The Employee App lets you see your payslips, leave balances (annual, alt, sick), payroll giving, and your employee profile from your phone. Set it up in your first week.

Prerequisite: Edwina must have entered your work email into the Thankyou Payroll system. Once your first payslip has been emailed to you, you’re ready to set up the app.

Step-by-step setup

  1. On your phone, open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Search for “Thankyou Payroll Employee App” and install it.
  3. Open the app and enter your work email (the address your payslip is sent to) and your IRD number with no spaces or dashes (e.g., 12-334-4677123344677).
  4. Check your email for a temporary 4-digit PIN from Thankyou Payroll, then enter it in the app.
  5. Set your own PIN — easy for you to remember, hard for others to guess.
  6. You’re done — from now on, just enter your PIN to open the app.
Tip: The app is about 100 MB — download on wi-fi if you can. If you forget your PIN, tap “Forgot My PIN” on the login screen. If you ever have a second employer who also uses Thankyou Payroll, tap the more (···) button bottom-right and select “Switch Employer”.
